Frying: Slicing and Frying Seafood Natural works great! Use your favorite recipe for breading or battering and throw them into the fryer. They come out great, without shrinkage.

Bacon Wrapping: In the last few years, people have started enjoying bacon wrapped scallops. Well, by coincidence, Seafood Naturals, is scallop shaped and makes a terrific bacon wrapped scallop on its own. The other flavors work well also, so don't be shy to introduce something special at your next party.

Baking: Seafood Naturals bakes so well without shrinking. The shape and flavors stay the same, and not much cooking is really necessary since seafood naturals are already cooked. Incorporate them into your favorite recipes, and just let them get well warmed and they are ready to serve.
