Salmon Kebobs

  • 1 Tube SEAFOOD NATURALS™ – Salmon
  • 1 Green Pepper
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 6 Cherry Tomatos
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Kebobs have mostly been thought to be a meat or poultry vehicle with the exception of swordfish and a couple other less flaky types of fish, but SEAFOOD NATURALS™ changes all that.

Remove the seafood from the tube, and cut it into 3/4" thick slices, (approx the skewer slices in the center of the sides of the round cuts). Alternate your favorite vegetables between the side skewered 'Naturals'. You may brush the whole kebob with melted butter, or olive oil before you grill it, marinate it in your favorite concoction, or sprinkle it with your favorite herbs.

Lay the kebob on the grill, and don’t forget, all you have to do is cook long enough to cook the vegetables and warm the seafood, because the SEAFOOD NATURALS™ seafood is already cooked!

Salmon Dip

  • 1 Tube SEAFOOD NATURALS™ – Salmon
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 Cup Chopped Onion
  • 3 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/3 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tsp. Hot Sauce (Optional)
  • Salt & Pepper to Taste

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor and run until all the ingredients are well combined. Turn out the contents into a serving platter or bowl, and serve with chips, toast points, or celery sticks. For a more firm texture for serving, refrigerate for 1 hour or more to ‘set’ the mixture.
