Our crab meats are from the North Atlantic snow crab, King or Red crab harvested and processed at sea. We use only a sashimi grade of ‘Flake” meat.

We use first quality ingredients: either King, Snow, or Red Crab, and blend them with scallop meat to give you a true crab flavor and texture eating experience.
