All Seafood Naturals™ products use only the best ingredients. We found in our development process, that any ingredients other than the freshest, unadulterated ingredients just didn’t work in our tubes, so we instituted a quality standard in our ingredients that is equivalent to our fish and shellfish ingredients being sashimi grade.

Preparation:

Throughout the daily schedule of preparing our SEAFOOD NATURALS™ tubes, we constantly inspect our raw materials for quality considerations while we are preparing our ingredients for processing. This repeated inspection ensures that Seafood Naturals will please all our customers from the time they take the first bite, right up to the last delicious morsel.

After ingredient preparation, everything is mixed up and loaded into the tubes by state of the art equipment and cooked right in the tubes in which they are sold. They are steamed to a high core temperature and rapidly chilled, which means that they are actually pasteurized. This allows them a high level of flavor retention, food safety, and shelf life in your refrigerator.
